Dean's Message

Welcome to Xartup School!

​

As the Dean of the Sales Leadership Program, I am extremely proud of the rich tradition of providing practical, experiential- based business education that our school has upheld since its founding.

​

Our program prepares the students to explore business domains and become sales leaders to hyperscale the Indian startup ecosystems' growth with executional excellence and unwavering perseverance.

​

From my experience of building a startup from ground zero and taking it to an IPO in Bombay Stock Exchange, I understand that every employee in a startup is an entrepreneur. The sheer grit and perseverance that is required to manage unstructured form of work and grow despite all the hardships is phenomenal.
